
London, UK, 5 February 2007 - Lombard Medical Technologies PLC (“the Company”) announces that the first two clinical cases performed following the recommencement of European clinical procedures involving its Generation II Aorfix™ endovascular stent graft were highly successful with the stent graft deploying perfectly.
The cases were performed at the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham and in Tromso, Norway. In both instances the clinicians performing the procedures were very pleased with both the deployment of the graft and the initial clinical results.
Further clinical cases are scheduled for this week and throughout February and beyond.
