
Lombard's strategy is to focus our current resources on the large and growing market opportunity we have with our Aorfix™ AAA stent graft. Our strategic objectives for 2010 are as follows:
| 1. | Aorfix™ Commercialization in Europe The Company has been granted a unique approval in Europe to market Aorfix™ for use in patients with severe angulation in aneurysm necks of up to 90 degrees. Using proceeds from a recently successful financing, the Company is focused on the significant commercial opportunity available to us in Europe.

| 2. | US IDE Trial for Aorfix™ An important milestone for the Company is to finish recruitment of patients in the US Trial during 2010, and to complete submission of the PMA modules required for US Approval by first half of 2011. We are on track to date.

| 3. | Development Projects The Company is considering internal development projects and external partnering relationships that are complementary to the Aorfix™ commercial opportunity that we have.

Achievement of our commercial objectives in Europe and successful completion of our US Trial are key value drivers for the the Company in 2010.
