Dividend Policy

LMT is seeking primarily to achieve capital growth for its shareholders. Over the next few years the Group will incur significant expenditure on a US clinical trials programme for its Aorfix™ stent graft, expanding its European sales and marketing activities, and developing new products. Therefore, it is the Board’s intention during the current phase of the Group’s development to retain any future distributable profits for use within the business and the Directors do not anticipate declaring any dividends for the foreseeable future.
