We at Lombard Medical Technologies believe that a great product deserves great support. With this in mind our teams have developed a range of services to support the needs of our customers.
Training Support
These events run throughout the year at some of our most experienced centres, offering more in depth understanding of the product features, how to optimize performance as well as case reviews, sizing and planning. The events allow informal discussions with current users as well as those new to Aorfix™ and, a chance to see a ‘live case’ as well as join in a hands-on session. Lombard representatives as well as our clinical experts will ensure customers are well looked after and have all their questions answered.

Planning Advice
Following product training our technical and clinical teams support doctors with the sizing of grafts for cases by offering advice on selecting from stock. Additionally, Lombard Medical can support more complex sizing with the aid ofTeraRecon3D imaging software which may also be required when using the graft for the first time. Finally, we can produce grafts outside of stock by special request with a lead time to manufacture.
Product Use
Those new to Aorfix™ can rest assured that our expert teams are on hand to support the use of the device in hospitals with a network of approved clinicians experienced with the device as well as in-house technical experts to advise customers on use of the product.
A range of support tools are also available such as DVDs on deployment, wall charts, clinical study presentation packs and video footage of our congress presentations.
