Ordering
When you have a suitable patient please contact your local sales manager with a requisition or purchase order number so that the order can be progressed. If you can’t contact your local sales representative then please call Lesley White on +44 (0) 1235 750800.
You will then be provided with an Aorfix™ sizing sheet (which can also be downloaded from this site) which needs to be filled in and sent back together with a copy of the CT scans, preferably on CD Rom. These should then be sent to Lesley White at the following address:

Once the sizing has been agreed and confirmation received from the customer then the stent will either be dispatched from stock or be made to fit the patient.
