Share Capital and Significant Shareholders

Lombard Medical's issued share capital consists of 2,174,694,973 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each, with voting rights.  Lombard Medical does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Shares not in public hands the Directors hold 122,927,209 ordinary shares and the Camden Partners' funds, of which Mr R M Johnston is a director, has a shareholding of 32,720,011 ordinary shares.  Therefore the total of shares "not in public hands" amounts to 155,647,220 shares, 7.2% of those in issue.
