Share Capital and Significant Shareholders

Lombard Medical's issued share capital consists of 133,979,931 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2 pence each, with voting rights.  Lombard Medical does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Shares not in public hands the Directors hold 1,607,689 ordinary shares and the Camden Partners' funds, of which Mr R M Johnston a director has a share, hold 21,269,291 ordinary shares.  Therefore the total of shares "not in public hands" amounts to 22,876,980 shares, 17.1% of those in issue.
